The heart of Newburyport. However, I did not know many locals who actually hung out at Market Square. It seemed more for tourists as they sat down and enjoyed ice cream from Bergson’s. That is Bergson Ice Cream. Not to worry the Thirsty Whale was just across the street from Bergson’s.
