Ralph J. Ayres – When Mr Ayres was not Mr Old Fashion Sunday in the 70’s he made his living in Insurance. Life, Health, Annunities, Group Insurance, Estate Planning and a Notary Public.

Bruce Bear – Mr Bear worked for Metropolitan Life. He used to make house visits and I remember a few of those visits from the middle 70’s at my parents home.

Ralph Ayres and his family lived next door to our family.  I’m now wondering why my parents decided to go with Met Life?  Life is full of mysteries I guess!?

Bruce Bear was a fine man. He visited my house as a child – seeing my parents once a month. He then sold me my first house in Newbury. God bless you, Bruce. RIP.
